Kerala's health,
in our hands
Arogya Bharati was born in Kochi, on Dhanvantari Jayanti in 2002. Our aim now is simple: in every ward of Kerala, a trained neighbour who looks after the health of the people around them.

- 3Healthy villageClean water, cleanliness, freedom from addiction
- 4Healthy nationHealth thinking and policy
Kerala leads India in health. But look at these numbers.

One teaspoon of salt: keeping blood pressure in check
WHO advises under 5 g of salt a day. With pickle, pappadam and dried fish, how much do we really eat?
Monsoon fevers: preventing dengue and leptospirosis

From Kasaragod to Thiruvananthapuram
Districts marked green have a team. Those marked gold are looking for someone to lead: your district may be waiting for you.
Want a health camp where you live?
Residents' associations, temple committees, schools, clubs and workplaces: ask for diabetes screening, an Ayurveda camp, yoga, first aid or an anti-drug session.
